A RSSOLUIION OF TPE CITY PLANNING COMNLISSION OF THE CI/Y OF ANAHEIM
GRA~rKING VARIANCE NO. 292
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received a
2 Verified Petition from DON HUN/, 3115 West 8th Street, Inglewood, California, as
owner, (TED FISH), as Authorized Agent, 1100 South Spadra Road, Fullerton,
3 California, of a certain parcel of real property situated in the City of Anaheim~
County of Orange, Sgate of California, described as follows:
Tract No. 1530, further described as being a subdivision of Lot 16 of
5 the Golden State Tract No. 2, per map filed in Book 4~ Page 68 of
Miscellaneous Maps, Orange County, California; and further described
0 as the Northeast co m er of Romn eya Drive and Baxter Street.
7 The applicant requests a waiver of the 70-foot frontage to 62.5 foot
minimum, and from 7200 square feet lot area to 6500 square feet lot
8 area.
I/I'HEREAS, The City Planning Commis~.ion did hold a Public Hearing at the City
9 Hall in the City of Anaheim, on Monday, February ~.'..., 1955, NOTICES OF WHICH SAID
10 PUBLIC HEARING were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the
.~JqAHEI~ I~IUNICIPAL CODE, Section c~200; and

WHEREAS, Said Commission after due inspection, investigation and studies
12 made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence
and reports offered at said Hearing~ does find and determine ~he following:
1. Ali the tracts to the east of frontages of 60 feet or less with
1~ a 6000 square foot lot area.

built in the tract to the east which wi] 1 retail for bet~een

HEREBY GRANTS VARIANCE NO. 292~ subjec'~ to:
1. The moving of the lots along Baxter Street to the east end of
