A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING CO~ISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
GRAY,rING VARIANCE NO. 290
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received a
Verified Petition from F. and P. CONSTRUCTION CO., 480 South San Vincent~ Blvd.,
Los Angeles 48, California~ as owner, of a certain parcel of real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of Californie, described
as follows:
Tract No. 2317 located on the north side of East South Street just east of
Tract No. 2300.
6 The applicant requests a waiver on 7 lots in this tract from 70-foot
frontage to 68-foot frontage, and that a ,~aiver of the 25-foot front
: 7 yard setbacks to 20 feet be allowed on all lots.
8 WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the City
~.. Hall in the City of Anaheim, on Wednesday, Ma~ch 2, 1955, NOTICES OF WHICH SAID
PUBLIC HEARING were duly given as required by law and 'the provisions of the
!'.i. 9 ANAHEIM NUNICIPAL CODE~ Section 9200; and
i-:~}.: . 10 WHEREAS, Said Commission after due inspection, investigation and studies
11 made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence
and reports offered at said Hearings does find and determine the following:

I. That the majority of the lots ir the tract meet the new require-
',.i. 13 ments of 70-foot frontage and 7200 square feet of area.
14 2. The granting of 'the waiver will allow a larger home to be built
on the lot with more rear yard room.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING CONhMISSION
:i 16 HEREBY fiRANTS VARIANCE NO. 290.
