W/TEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received a
Verified Petition from the property owner (s) of certain real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as
follows:
That portion of Section 9, T4S, RIOW, S.B.B.~aM. in the Rancho ~an Juan
Cajon de Santa Aha, beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 3, as shown
on a map of a portion of said Section made for F. M. Fleiscb_man recorded
in the office of the County Recorder of Orange County, State of California,
in Book 1, Page 56 begirming at the Northwest corner of said Lot 3 and

Northeast corner thereof; thence South along the East line of said Lot 3,

requests that the above described property be reclassified from R-A,

WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the City
Hall in the City of Anaheim upon said VERIFIED PETITION of RECLASSIFICATION NO.
F- 55-56-16 . on the 1)thday of December 1955, NOTICE of which said
Public Hearing was duly given as required by la~.' an~ the provisions of the
ANAHEIM ~ro/~ICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
%~HF2{EAS. Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itseif and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearings, does find and determine the following facts:
1. Opposition was expressed in the form of a petition from the
residents of Claredge Park Tract.
2. No Definite plans for the development were presented.
