ING VARIANCES NO, ~34~ ~5 & 476 1 WHEREAS, The City Planning Co~mission of the City of Anaheim has received Z a Request to erect three Temporary Directional Signs from LUXURY HOMES, INC., 303 North Vermont, Los A~geles, California, as owners, ORANGE COUNTY EXPEDITORS, 2202 South Magnolia Avenue, Santa Ana, California, as Authorized Agent, on a ~ certain parcels of real property situated in the City o£ Anaheim, County of 4 Orange, State of California, described as follows: One sign will be located at a point 50 feet from the centerline of 5 Euclid Avenue and 500 feet north of Orange Avenue on the west side of Euclid Avenue, the second on the east side of Euclid Avenue 50 6 feet from the centerline and 300 feet north of Katella Avenue, and the third on the south side of Ball Road 50 feet from the cente~line and a00 feet east of Brookhurst Street. 8 The applicant requests permission to erect these Temporary Directional 9 Signs to advertise the first sale of lots and houses in Tract No. 2~50. WHEREAS, The City Planning Com~,ission did hold a Public Hearing at the 10 City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on December 19, 1955, .UnTICES of which said 11 Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and WrHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies 1~ made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said Heaz.ing, does find ~nd determine the following facts: 14 l. These signs will advertise the sale of homes in the City of Anaheim. i§ 2. Similar variances have been granted in the past. 16 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANahEIM CI~£ PLANNING COMMISSION HEREBY GRANTS VARI~NCES NO. $7~, 475 and 4?6 SUBJECT TO: 17 1. Signs shall be a maxin,.nu size of 10 by 25 feet. 2. Signs will be permitte.t for a maximum period of 6 months or less. 18 3. A permit must be taken out with the Building Department. 19 4. The name of the Sign Company must appear on every sign erected. 5. Signs must be l0 feet back of the right-of-way line of any street 20 or highway. 6. At the inb~rse~Lion of the streets, the signs mus~ be set back 25 feet 21 7. All signs shall have a 6 foot ground clearance. 8. The fee per sign shall be $~.- 22 9.
