WHEREAS, The City Planning 0ommission did hold a P~blic He. ring at the

lic Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAREIN

10 WHEP~, Said Commission after due inspection, investigatio~ and studies
made by itself and in its bel~lf and after due consideration of all evidence and
ll reports offered at said Hearing, does find an~ determine the following facts:
12 1. There are large Single Family Dwellings on either side of th.is
vacant lo t.
13 2. The property in question is not being denied a property right
enJoyecl by other property owners in the area.
14 3. The residents in the area are opposed to any reclassification
of their properties or the breaking-down of the reclassification
15 by the granting of a Variance.
4. The granting of the Variance might be detrimental to the property
