A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
GRANTING VARIANCE NO. 455
1 WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from GEORGE E. RILEY, 403 East Sycamore Street, Anaheim,
2 California, as owner, IVEN GRIZZLE, 252 North Lemon Street, Anaheim, California,
as Authorized Agent, of a certain parcel of real property situated in the City of
3 Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
4 The north 106 feet of Lot 1 of Tract No. 658 and fur~%er described
as 1725 Lincoln Avenue.

The applicant requests permission to erect a building on the rear
6 of the above described property for the me~ufacture of Storage
Batteries. The property is presently classified as C-2, GENERAL
? COMMERCIAL.
8 WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on November 21, 1955, NOTICES of which said
9 Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the
ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and

WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
ll made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:

1. This property adjoins M-1 on the north.
13 2. The factory building will be on the rear of the lot which is
better than 300 feet deep.
14 3. The granting of the Variance would not be detrimental to the area.
15 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COmmISSION
HEREBY GRANTS VARIANCE NO. 455.
