WHEREAS, The City Planning Co~m.ission of the City of Anaheim has received a
Verified Petition from the property owner (s) of certain real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as
follows:
Lots 1 to 12 inclusive and Lots 229 to 235 inclusive of Tract No. 2377
located at the northwest corner of Euclid Avenue and Ball Road and the
subject lots face on Euclid Avenue and B~ll Road.
The applicant, CENTET CORPORATION, 536West Commonwealth Avenue, F~ler-
ton, Cnl~eornia, as owners, MEDARIS-SNITE REAL ESTATE, 433 West Center
Street, anaheim, Cm~eornia, as Authorized Agent,. requests that the
above described lots be reclassified from R-I, SINGr.R FAwrr.y RESIDENTVAT.
to R-3, MSLTIPLE FAwr~.y RESIDENTIAL.
%~{ERFAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the City
Hall in the City of Anaheim upon said ~FIED PETITION of iTECLASSIFICATION NO.
F- 55_5g_~ on the 9~+. day of ~;~v,~r , 1955 , NOTICE of which said
Public Hearing was duly given as required by law and the provisions of the
ANAHEIM ~3NICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHF~EAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hesrings, does find and determine the fo/lowing facts:
1. These lots face on Euclid Avenue and Ball Road, both heavily travelled
thoro~heares.
2. The lots are of SUch a depth as to ~l~ ow Multiple F~,~ ~.v Residential Units.
3. Entrances to garages will be from the ",d_leys at the rear.
4. The subdivider of the Single Family Units in the tract will build the-
Multiple Units and they will be b~lt in such a way as to not detract
from the Single Family Units.
