ANAHEIM RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY 0F ANAHEIM

WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City' of Anaheim has received a
Verified Petition from the property owner (s) cf certain real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as
follows:
Those properties on the east side of North Wer, t Street above West
La p=l~a Avenue and fu~-Lher described as: Starting at a point 150
feet north of the centerline of West La Pa/ma Avenue and extending
along the easter3y right-of-way line of North West Street a distance
of 512 feet, more or less; thence easterly par_all el to West La Palma
Avenue a distance of 140 feet; thence southerly parallel to N6rth
West Street a dis~ce of 512 feet, more or less~ thence westerly
parallel to West La P~= Avenue a distance of lbO feet to the point
of beginning.
The applicants, property owners residing .tn the above described area,
request that this area be reclassified from R-A, iIESiE~fTIAL AGRI-
CULTURAL to R$3, I~ULTIPLE FA~rLY RESIDEAS~iAL.
WHE WREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the City
Hall in the City of Anaheim upon said %q~IFIED PETITION of RECLASSIFICATION NO.

Public Hearing was duly given as required by law ~nd the provisions of the
ANAHEIM ~rdNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHFAEAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of al~ evidence and
reports offered at said Hesrings, does find and determine the following facts:
