A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAH~fiM
DENYING_ YARIANCE NO, 457
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of ~tuaheim has received
1 a Verified Petition from FRED R. BECKHAM and LOWEN V. CASET, 336 South Los
Ang&lee Street, Anaheim, California, as owners of a certain parcel of real
2 property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
described as follows:
Lot 9, excepting therefrom the southerly 25.75 feeb and Lots lC,
4 11 and 12 of Tract No. 701 and further described as 745 North
P~m Street.
The applicants request permission to construct an Ethical Professional
~ Building on the property described above. The property is presently
? classified as R-l, SINGLE FA~.~rLy RESIDENTIAL.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
8 City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on December 5, 1955~ NOTICES of which said
9 Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the
ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200.; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission after due inspection, ~uvestigation and studies
1~ made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence
and reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1. The area is all Single Family Residential.
1~ 2. There are no exceptional circumstances applicable to the subject
property that do not apply generally to the class of use in the
1~ same vicinity.
3. A Variance is no~ necessary to enjoy the property rights enjoyed
15 by other properties in the area.
16 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
HEREBY DENIF$ VARIANCE NO. 457.
