A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY P~LANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
1 WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received a
Verified Petition from APPROVED HOMES, INC., 11471 Chapman Avenue, Garden Grove,
2 California, as owners, El B. AKINS, 11471 Chapman Avenue, Garden Grove, Californic,
as Authorized Agent, of a certain parcel of real property situated i~ them City
~ of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
4 Tract No. 2340 located at the Southeast corner of Crone and Euclid
Avenues.
The applicant requests a WAIVER of the 25 ~o0t ~fr0~t.yard setback
6 to 20 feet in the above described tract.

WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public .Hearing at the City
Hall in the City of Anaheim, on December 5, 1955, NOTICES of ~hi'ch' ~s~'Public
8 Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the" ANAHEi~?~.-
9 MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHERF~S, Said Commis?ion after due inspection, investigation and studies
10 made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1. Similar Variances have been granted for 20 foot front yard setbacks
12 in other tracts.
2. The size of the dwellings proposed would restrict the rear yard
13 size, which appears to be a necessity for tracts being built for
rear yard living.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
l§ ~EREBY GRANTS VARIANCE NO. 459.
