PC 1955-1956-86 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM a Request to erect a Temporary Directional Sign from the HEFTLER CONSTRUCTION 2 CO., 93?4 Brighton Way, Beverly Hills, California, as owner, ORANGE COUNTY EXPEDITORS, 2202 South Magnolia Avenue, Santa Ana, California, as Authorized 3 Agent, on a certain parcel of real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows: The sign will be located on the north side of West La Pal~ Avenue, § half way between E~clid Avenue and Brookhurst Street. ' 6 The applicant requests permission to erect a Temporary Directional Sign to advertise the sale of lots and homes in Tract No. 2302. WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the Cit 8 Hall in the City of Anaheim, on December 5, 1955, NOTICES of which said Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM 9 MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and 10 WHEREAS, Said Commission after due inspection, investigation and studies made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence ll and reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following fa.:ts: 12 1. Other Variances have been granted for Directional Signs advertising the 'sale of lots and houses in Anaheim Tracts. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED TEAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION 14 HEREBY GP~;NTS VARIANCE NO. 460 SUBJECT TO: 15 1. Signs shall be a maximum size of 10 by 25 feet. 2. Si~s will be permitted for a maximum ~ period of 6 months or less. 16 3. A ~'{~tt must be taken out with the Building Department. 4. Th ~ii[~e of the Sign Company must appear on every sign erected. 17 5. Sig;i-j'-m'~st be 10 feet back of the right-of-way line of any street or highway. 18 6. At the intersection of the streets, the signs must be set back 25 feet° 7. Ail signs shall have a 6 foot ground clearance° 19 8. The fee ~er sign shall be $25.00° 9. Sign variances shall be permitted for directional signs advertising 20 only tr~c~s within the City Limits of ~abe~,.
