A RESOLUTION OF THE~CITY ,PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY 0F ANAHEIM
' GRANTING VARXANCF~ NO. 462
WHEREAS, The City Planning Coxmzission of the City of Anaheim '. has received
2 a Verified Petition from LLOYD A. MANNES, 9602 Orange Avenue, Anaheim4 California
as owner of a certain parcel of real property situated in the City of Anaheim,
~ County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
4 The South side of Lincoln Avenue east of Tract No. 2299 and further~
described as that portion of the N~ of the NE~- of Section 17, b~-
§ ginning at a point on the north line of the ~- of the NE~~ of said
Section, West 458.75 feet from the NE corner thereof; thence south
6 parallel with the east line of said NW~ of the NE~ ~75 feet; thence
west 200 feet; thence north 375 feet parallel with the east line
? of said NW~ of the NE~ to the north line thereof; thence east 200
feet to the point of beginning.
The applicant requests permission to erect a Medical Center including
9 a Pharmacy and Professional Building on the above described property·
~0 WHEREAS. The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the City
Hall in the C .ty of Anaheim, on December 5, 1955, NOTICES '.of which said Public
ll Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ~NAHEIM
M~NICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and

WHEREAS, Said Commission after due inspection, investigation and studies
13 made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all e~ldence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:

1. There is a need for Professional Offices in these highly subdivided
18 areas.
16 2. The type of building proposed or the use should not be detrimental
to the area. "
l? NOW', THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED TPLIT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLA~iNG COMMISSION
H"~REBY GRANTS VARIANCE NO. 462 SUBJECT TO THE DEEDING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
18 THE SOUTH PORTION OF THE :PROPERTY AS REQUIRED FOR THE FUTURE EXTENSION OF
EMBASSY AVENUE AND ALSO SUBJECT TO F~NGZNEERING REQUIREMENTS.
