WEEREA~, The City Planning Cci.mission cf the City cf Anaheim has receive8 a
Verified Petition from the property owner (s) of certain real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as
follows:
The Easterly rectangular ½ of Vineyard lot B-2, exceptir~
+~aerefrom the Union Pacific Railroad right-of-~ray, running
through the property.
The applicants, H. W. WARDEN and H. A. SHA~, P. O. Box 31,
F%llerton, Cal~ornia, request that the above described prop-
erty be reclassified from R-A, R~ID~ITIAL AGI{ICULTrrRAL to
H-l, kIGHT I~JLNUFACTUi~.
WHE WREAS, The City P2~ning Commission did hold a Public Hearing a~ the City
Hall in the ~City of Anaheim upon said VERIFIED PETITION of RECLASSIFICATION NO.
F- 55-56-14. on the ~th day of Dec~er , 1955 , NOTICE of which said
Public Hearing was duly given as required by law and the provisions of the
ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WH~R~S, Said Commission, after due Luspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearings, does find and determine the following facts:
1. t~any protests were received from property o~mers dn~ the area.
2. TH'e property is not suitable for ~ny industry requiri~ tr~ck
traffic, as ~11 trucks would have to pass through densely pop-
ulated areas.
3- The property is sui~ble for Yaulttple Fam~_ly Residential Units.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ~AHEIM CITY PLANNING COMAMISSION
