ceived a Verified Petition from MRS. N. ROBFRTS, 410 West Vermont Street, Anaheim,
California, as owner, ED CRONAN and ASSOCIATES, 203 West 17th Street, Santa
Ana,'California, as Authorized Agent of a certain parcel of real property situ-
ated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California~ described
as follows;

further described as the rear of 410 West Vermont Street.
The applicant reque:,ts permission to erect a ~0 by 60 foot

WHEREAS, The City Planning Co~lssion did hold a Public Heari~g at the
ll City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on December 19, 1955, NOTICES of which said
Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisiono of the
l~ ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
13 WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and
studies made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all
14 evidence and reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the
, following facts:

1. There are exceptional circumstances in that there are

2. The granting of the Variance will allow similar property
