WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has re-
ceived a Verified Peti+.ion from W. O. MO CARTHY, D.D.S., 610 California Bank
Building, Anaheim, California, as owuer of a certain parcel of real property
situated in 'the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, descz'ibed
as follows:
The Northwest corner of South Palm Street and West Water
further described as 559 South Palm Street
