A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PIANNING COMLM'ISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM

i WHEREAS , ".The City Planning Commission of the of Anaheim has received

iI~i Anaheim, California, as owners, RAYMOND SPENAR, 1112 North Euclid Avenue, Anaheim
5 California, as Authorized Agent, of a certain parcel of real property situated in
the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
Lots 136-143 inclusive of Tract No. 1825 which are located on
§ Briarwood Street which is parallel to North East Street and
north of East La Palma Avenue.
The applicant requests permission to erect Multiple Family Units
? on the above ~'~scribed lots. The property is presently classified
as R-l, SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
9 City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on December 19, 1955, NOTICES of which said
Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the
10 ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
11 WHEHEAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and .~tudies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
12 reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1~ 1. There are exceptional conditions applicable to these lots in that
they have an alley at the rear and they are within 300 feet of
~ 14 M-1 classified property.
2. The granting of the Variance will not be detrimental to other
15 properties in the vicinity.
3. There is an apparent need for more property for rental units.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COM~tISSION
17 H~riEBY GRANTS VARIANCE NO. 466.
