A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DE~_~fINO VARIANQ~ NO. ~67
1 WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has re,~'eive
a Verified Petition from GEORGE D. BUCCOLA CO., INC., 1242 Lincoln Avenue, ~J/aheim
2 California, as owner, GEORGE D. BUCCOLA, Same Address, as Authorized Agent of a
certain parcel of real property situated in the City of Anaheim, Count~ of Oral,ge,
3 State of California, described as follows:
4 The N~- of the SW~. of the NW~7of Section 9, T4S, RiOW, S.B.Bo&M.,
except the South 100 feet of the East 217.8 feet and except the
§ North 67 feet of the East 180 feet further described as being
6 located on North Loara Street north of Crescent Avenue.
The applicant requests permission to erect and operate a Medical
? Center including a Pharmacy and Professional Building on the above
described property. The property is presently classified as R-A,
8 RESIDENTIAL AGRICULTURAL.
9 WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
:ity Hall in the City of Anaheim, on December 19, 1955, NOTICES of which said
10 ~lblic Hearing were duly given as required ~ry law and the provisions of the
11 ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studio
12 made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
13 reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
14 1. Access to the Medical Units would be along purely residential
streets creating a large increase in traffic.
15 2. If access can be arranged from Euclid Avenue to the Medical
Center from this through street, many objections would be
overcome.
16 3. The granting of the Medical Center as now proposed might be
detrimental to the public welfare.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
