WHRREAS, The City Planning CoamSealon of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from WILLIAM T. MC MANUS, 1964 Irvine Avenue, Costa Mesa,
California, as owner, of a certain parcel of real property situated in thn City .
of Anahalm, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows: '
Beginning at a point on the north line of the NW{ of the NF}
of Seotlon 17, T4S, R10W, S.B.B.&M., West 718.75 feet from the
northeast corner thereof; thence South 700 feat; thence West
140 feet; thence North 700 feet to the north line of said
Section 17; thence East 140 feet to the point of beginning sand
further described as 10662 Lincoln Avenue, which Se on the
south side of Lincoln Avenus west of Euclid Avenue.
Tha applicant requests parmiaelon to use the present large
one-family dwelling on the above described property for Pro-
fessional Offices. The property is presently classified as
R-A, RESIDENTIAL AGRICULTURAL.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commis slon did hold a Public Hearing at the
City :fall in the City of Anaheim, on December 19, 1955, NOTICES of which said
Public Rearing ware duly given as required by law and the provisions of the
ANAHEIM FP]HTC.iPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Comma salon, after due inspection, investigation and studier
made by Itself and 1n Lts behalf and after due consideration of all evidence anei
reports offered at eai~i Hearing, does Cind anti determine the following facts:
1. Other Variances have been granted in the same vicinity for
elmilar uses.
2. The gran flog of the Varlanoe will not be detrimental to other
properties in the area.
NOW, THF.IEFORE, BE I'C RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
HEREBY GRA:rTS VARIANCE N0. 469 SUBUECT TO THE INJ'ROVEMENT OF THE FQONTAGE ALONG
LINCOLII AVENUE A9 RF~UIRED BY THE CITY ENGINEER.
THE FOAEAOINO RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this 19th day of
