A RESOLLr£ION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CIT~ OF ANAHEIM
GRANTING VARIANCE NO. ~72
! WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from WEISS CONSTRUCTION CO., 305 North Robertson Boulevard,
2 Beverly Hills, California, as owners, CARL GUSTAFSON, c/o SOUTH BAY ENGINEerING
CO., 1326 North Broadway, Santa Ana, California, as Authorized Agent of a certain
3 parcel of real property situated in 'the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State
of California, described as follows:

Tract No. 2501 located between Broadway and Orange Avenue west of
§ Nutwood Street.
6 The applicant requests WAIVERS from Code Requirements on certain
lots in this tract and also WAIVERS of rear yard setbacks on
? certain lots in this same tract.
8 WHEREAS, The City Planning, Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the City
Hall in the City of Anaheim, on December 19, 195.5, NOTICES of which said Public
9 Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and

WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
ll made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1. This subdivider proposes to build homes with 1508 square feet.
13 2. F.H.A. has changed width of garages since plans for these homes
have been completed, by adding two (2) feet.
14 3. Other Variances have been granted for similar waivers in other
tracts.
l§ 4. The granting of the Variance will be in no way detrimental to
this tract.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING CO~SSION
17 H,~-REBY GRANTS VARIANCE NO. 4?2 WITH THE EXCEPTION OF LOTS NOS. 1~ AND 17 FOR
18 WHICH THEY WERE ABLE TO CHANGE THEIR PLANS.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is si~ned and approved by me this 19th day of
