'~ City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on January 23, 1956, NOTICES of which said Pub-
~ 8 lic Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
" WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studie

'/' 11 reports offered at said Hearing, does find and deter,,~ne the follo~rlng facts:
~ 1. This is a vacant lot opposite a lot with two houses upon it.

i; 15 3. N~nety per cent of the residents in ~he area favored the
granting of the Variance.
.' 4. The placing of a El~plex with one entrance on Helena Street
.'. 14 and one entrance on LaVerne Street will improve the appearance
