City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on February 20, 19~6, NOTICES of which said

ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE~ Sect ion 9200; ~nd

WHEREAS, S~id Co~mlission: after due inspection, investigation and studie:
1§ made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1. There are exceptional circumstances applicable to the subject
l? property in that it is located on a State Highway, which makes
it less desirable for residential use.
18 2. Other Variances have been ~ranted in the same area for similar
USES.
19 3. The gz'antinD of the Variance will not be detrimental to other
properties in the area.

21 HEREBY ORANTS VARIANCE NO. 493 SUBJECT TO:

of Lincoln Avenue.
2~ 2. Improvements on Lincoln Avenue as required by the City Engineer
of the City of ~unaheim.
