' 1 WHEREAS, The City Plannin9 Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from A. E. ROBERTSON, 1265 East Santa Ana Street, Anaheim,
:B California, as owner, of a certain parcel of real property situated in the City
of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
The Northeast corner of South Palm Street and West Vermont Avenue.

: The applicant requests permission to operate mn Insu~'ance Office
~ § In the e×isting residence located on the above described property
~ and to build an aduition on to the front of the present residence.
t~ 8 The property is presently classified as R-I, SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL.
:. ? WHEREAS, The City Plannin9 Commission did hold a Public Hearin9 at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on February 20, 1956, NOTICES of which said
8 Public Hearin9 were duly .qiven as required hy law and the provisions of the
ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE, Sec~,ion 9200; and

tVHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
10 imade by itself and in t~s behalf and m.fter due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and de~ermine the following facts:
1. The proposed addition on the front of the present dwellin9 would
1~ extend in front of the adjoining buildin9 to such an extent that
this buildin§ would in effect he deprived of light and air which
15 it now possesses..
2. This side of the street is all Sin§lc Family Residential at the
14 present time.
