WHF~EAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has receive~
2 a Request to erect a Temporary Directional Sign from FREMATIC HG,~ES, INC., 109
South Gilbert Street, Anaheim, California, as owner, ORANGE COUNTY EXPEDITORS,
3 2202 South Magnolia Avenue, Santa Ana, California, as Authorized Agent, on
certain parcel of real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange
4 State of California, described as follows:
§ The south side of Lincoln Avenue, 1500 feet west of Brookhurst
Street and 66 feet from the centerline of Lincoln Avenue.

The applicant requests permission to erect this Temporary Directional
? Sl§n to advertise the first sale of lots and dwellings in Tract No.
19ho.
WHEREAS, The City Plannin§ Commission did hold a Public Hearing. at the
9 City Hall in thc City of Anaheim, on March 5, 1956, NOTICES of which said Public
Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
lO MUNICIPAL COOE, Section 9200; and
ll '~HE .REAS, Said Comm~ission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
~ade by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
12 .~eports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the followin9 facts:
13 1. Similar Variances have been granted to advertise the sale of
lots and houses in the City of Anaheim.

15 'tEREBY GRA~ VARZ~NCE NO. 501 SUBJECT TO:
16 1. Signs shall be a maximum size of 10 by 25 feet.
2. Signs will be permitted for a maximum period of 6 months or
17 3. A permit must be taken ou~. with the Duildin90epartment.
4. The name of the Si9n Comp~my must appear on every sign erected.
18 5. Signs must he 10 feet back of the right-of-way line of any street
or highway.
19 6. At the. intersection of the streets, the signs must he set back
25 feet.
2~ 7. All signs shall have a 6 foot 9round clearance.
8. The fee per sign shall he .$25.00.
21 9. Sign Variances shall he permitted for directional signs advertising
only tracts within the city limits of Anaheim.
