1 WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has re-
ceived a Verified Petition from EVERETT M. FAULKNER, 901 North Lemon Street,
... 2 Anaheim, California, as owner of a certain parcel of real property situated in
the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
The East 109o16 feet of Lot 1 of Scenic Tract and further described
4 as 901 North Lemon Street.
§ The applicant reques%s permission to sell Shade Plants from the
patio on the above described property. The property is presently
6 classified as R-3, MULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL.
? ~q~EAS, The City Pl~m~ing Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on March 19~ 1956~ NOTICES of which said Public
8 Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and

~WHEREAS~ Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and
10 studies made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evi-
dence and reports offered at' said Hearing, does find and determine the following
ll facts:
12 1. The applicant requests permission to sell rare fuchsias and
hardy orchids from a small patio or lath house now on the
13 property.
2. There is no further room for ar~ expansion of this use.
1~ 3. The granting of the Variance will not be detrimental to
other properties in the area.
