~fH~2~AS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
2 a Verlfied Petition from CONE BROS., 21% North Los Angeles Street, Anaheim, Cali-
fornia, as owners of a certain parcel of real property situated in the City of
3 Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California~ described as follows:
4 That portion of the East ½ of the Southwest ¼ of Section 3, T4S,
R1OW, S.B.B.&M.; described as beginning at the intersection of
§ the present centerlines of North Lemon Street and North Los
Angeles Street; thence Southeasterly along the present center-
6 line of said Los Angel.es Street 26% feeot$ thence at right angles
Northeasterly 180 feet, thence North 60 51' 15" West 178 feet;
? thence West 165 feet to said centerline of Lemon Street and;
thence South to the point of beginning~ excepting the portions
8 within said streets°
9 The applicant requests permission to use the property described
above for a Used Car Lot as a part of the Cone Bros. New Car
l0 Dealership. The property is presently classified as C-2, GFPf~L
COM~2~CIAL and the requested use is classified as C-3~ HEAVY
11 CO~ERCIAL.
12 ~~ The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City HAll in the City of Anaheim, on Ma,.ch 19, 19%6, NOTICES of which said
13 Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the
ANAheIM MUNICIPAL CODE, Sectiou 9200; and

WHEREAS~ Said Commission~ after due inspection, investigation and studies
l§ made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence ~nd
reports offered' at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:

1. This use was allowable until the recent ordinance change°
17 2. There will be nothing detrimental to other properties in the area.
3. Other Variances have been granted on North Los Angeles Street for
18 this same use°
19 NOW~ THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIH CITY PLA~NG COMMISSION
HEREBY GRA~S VARIANCE NO. 511 SUBJECT TO T~. INSTALLATION OF SIDEWALK ALONG
20 LOS ANGELES STREET.
