a Request to erect a Temporary Directional Sign from DHE~ ~DMES, 1085 North
2 Palm Street, Anaheim, California, as owner, RICHMAN SIGNS, 1730 East Anaheim
Street, Long Beach, California, as Authorized Agent, on a certain parcel of
3 real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of Cali-
fornia, described as follows':

The Northeast corner of Ball Road and Harbor Boulevard.
The applicant requests permission to erect this Temporary
6 Advertising Sign to advertise the sale of lots and houses
in Tract No. 2637.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
i 8 City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on March 19, 1956, NOTICES of which said
Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the
.. 9 ANA~.IM MUNICIP~L CODE, Section 9200; and
' 10 ~P~EAS~ Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
: made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
ll reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
12 lo Similar Variances have been granted to advertise the sale of
lots and houses in the City of Anaheim.
NOW, T~tEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT T~'. ANAheIM CITY PLANNING CO]~ISSION
lA ~E~EBY GtL&NTS VARIANCE NO. 512 SUBJECT TO:
15 1. Signs shall be a maximum size of l0 by 25 feet.
2~ Signs will be permitted for a ~axim~ period of 6 months or less·
~ 16 3. A permit must be taken out with the Building Department.
4. The name of the Sign Compan~ must appear on every sign erected.
1~ ~. Signs must be lO feet back of the right-of-way line of any street
or highway.
18 6. At the intersection of the streets~ the signs must be set back
25 feet°
19 7. All signs shall have a 6 foot ground clearance.
8. The fee per sign shall be $25.00.
20 9° Sign variances s~hall be permitted for directional signs advertising
~ 21 only tracts within the city limits of Anaheim.
