1 ~.~HEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Request to erect a Temporary Directional Sign from APPROVED HOMES, !__14.71 Chap-
2 man Avenue~ Garden Orove~ California~ as o~mers~ RICH~IN SIGNS, 1730 East
Anaheim Street~ Long Beach, California~ as Authorized Agent, on a certain parcel
3 of real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California~ described as follows:

The east side of Euclid Avenue approximately 75 feet south of
§ Crone Avenue.
6 The applicant requests permission to erect this Temporary Sign
to advertise the sale of lots and houses in Tract No. 2340.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
8 City Hail in the City of Anaheim, 'on March 19~ 1956, NOTICES of which said Public
Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ~J~HEIM
~ ~HH~iCIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
lO ~EAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
11 reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts.

12 1o Similar variances have been granted to advertise the sale of
lots and houses in the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT TI,~ ~J~J~IM CITY PLMINING COi,~tSSI~N "
14 HEREBY GRANTS VARIAN.CE NO. 515 Sb~JECI TO:
15 1. Signs shall!be a maximum size of 10 by 2~ feet.
2. Signs will be permitted for a maximum period of 6 months or less.
16 3. A permit 'mdst be taken out with the Building Department. "'
4. The name of the Sign Co:~gsl~ must appear on every sign erected..
17 5. Signsomust be l0 feet back of the right-of-way line of any street
or highway.
18 6..At'the intersection of the streets~ the signs must be set back
25 feet.
19 7. All signs shall have a 6 foot ground clearance.
8. The fee per sign shall be $2~o00.
20 9. Sign variances shall be permitted for directional signs advertising
21 only tracts within the city limits of Anaheim.
