Hall in the City of knabeim upon said VERIFIED PETITION of RECLASSIFICATION NO.

Public Hearing was duly given as required by law and the provisions of the
ANAHEIM ~NINICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself am'~ in its behalf, s~:d after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered a% said Hearings, does find and determine the following facts: I
I. The County has granted variances for a Service Station, a hospital
and a Medical Cen~er.across the ~;~reet on ~-~bert Street.

3. There may be a need for R-3 Uses; near the hospital..
4. There may be a need for additional C-1 Uses on account of large

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
HEREBY RECOMMKNDS TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEI2.1 THAT RECLASSIFiCATION
