WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received

WHEREA. S, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies

and reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the follo~dng facJs
1. It is the opinion of Mr. Fz4sner, Planning Consultant, that some
15 fo~m~ of residential use should go in across from a Shopping Center
in preference to other small store units.

of fertilizer trucks.
17 3~0 There are exceptional circumstances in that there are Commercial
Entorprises on either side of ~he subject property,
