.. WI~tEAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
~ ~ a Verified Petition from ~LVIL~.F.F. SCH~ELT~E~, 806 North Lemon Street, Anaheim,
California, as owner of a certain parcel of real property situated in the City
~ ~ of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
. i ~ Lot 18, Tract No. 375 further described as 801 North Palm Street.
" § The applicant requests permission to erect a Dental Office Building
at the above location. The property is presently classified as
6 R-2, T~O FAMILY RESiDENTZAL,
? WHEREAS~ The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on May 7, 1956, NOTICES of which said Public
8 Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS~ Said Commission~ after due inspection~ investigation and studies
10 made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
~ ll reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
~ 12 l, The property is presently classified as R-2, TWO FAMILY RESIDENTIAL.
' 2. The small dwelling on the rear of the property will be removed.
13 3. Surrounding property values should be enhanced by a new building
~ on the property~
~ 4. Surrounding property owners are in favor of granting this Variance.
l 1§ NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHE~ CITY PLA~NING CO~ISSION
HEREBY GRANTS VARIANCE NO. 537 SUBJECT TO:
1. Providing of six (6) off-street par~ing spaces.
