1 WP~EREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has re-
ceived a Verified Petition from GEORGE KIR~._T.!E, 509 North Hawthorne Street,
2 Anaheim, Californiaj as owner,. L. B. ROQUET, 127 West Broadway, Anaheim, Cali.~
fornia, as Authorized Agent~ of a certain parcel of real property situated in
5 the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
4 Lot 9 of Tract No. 236 and further described as 937 ]~orth Lemon
Street.

The applicant:.request~ permission to construct a new building on
6 the above property which will be used for Dental Offices and the
present dwelling will be removed. The property is presently classi-
? lied as R-3, MULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL.
8 ~:~EHEAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on May 7, 1956, NOTICES of wkich said Public
9 Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the AJ~HEIM
M~ICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and

~2~EAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studiel
ll made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence smd
12 reports offered at said Hearing~ does find and dete~nine the following facts:
15 1. A Variance was recently granted to use tkis property for a
Four-Operator Beauty Parlor which use has been abandoned°
14 2. It is proposed to remove the present building from the property
and erect a new building.
3. The property is directly the street

16 4. The erection of a new building will not be detrimental to other
17 properties in the area.
