ANAHEIM RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM

WHE~W~, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received a
Verified Petition from the property owner (s) of certain real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as
'follows: Tract ,No. 3064, and further described a~ lying between East Wilhel~-
and ~ast Sycamore, just West of the Union Pacific l{~/lro~d. The Applicant,
MILES A. SHAR~I~¥, P.O. Box 31, ~u~lerton, C~l~Fornia, a~ owner, CRAIG GRA/NGB~,
125 South Claudina Street, Anaheim, California, as Authorized Agent, request{ns
that the above tract be reclassified from R-3, N~LTIPL~-PA~ILY P~SIDENTIAL, to
M-l, LI~T MANUFACTURING.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the City
Hall in the City of Anaheim upon said VERIFIED PETITION of RECLASSIFICATION NO.
F- 55-56-33 .on the 2.1.~t day of May , 19 5.6, NOTICE of which said
Public Hearing was duly given as required by law and the provisions of the
ANAHEIM ~ro/~ICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHFd{EAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearings, does find and determine the following facts:
1. The property can be used as presently classified.

3. Objections. w~re raised by adjo{~g property owners that their
properties wou~d suffer devaluation.

HEREBY RECOMM~S TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM TNAT RECLASSIFICATION
