ANAHEIM RECOMMENDING T0 THE 0ITY 00UNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM

WHEREAS, The City Planning commission of the Oity of Anaheim has received a
Verified Petition from the property owner (s) cf certain real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as
follows: South ½ of the N~A of the S~ of the NB~l of Section 12, T4S, RiOW,
S.B.B. & ~. and further described as lying b~tween Magnolia Avenue and Nancita
Street, South of Greenleaf Avenue. The property consists of $.05 acres. The
Applicant, ARVO FALLON, as owner, C. I. CLARK , as Authorized Agent, both having
an address of 11346 Imperial High%way, Norwalk, California, request that the property
be reclassified from R-A, RRSIDP-NTIA~.-.AGRICULTURAL, to C-l, NEIGHBORHO D-CONN~RCIAL.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the 0ity
Hall in the City of Anaheim upon said VERIFIED PETITION of RECLASSIFICATION NO.
F-$5-$?-34 _on the ~+ day of ~v, , , 19~6, NOTICE of which said
Public Hearing was duly given as required by law and the provisions of the
ANAHEIM ~ru~ICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHF~EAS, Said Com~ission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself end in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearings, does find and determine the following facts:
1. No one appeared for the a~.,.~cant to present reasons to justify
proposed reclassification.
2. Propert? owners st~rroundtnD area voiced their objections to the
proposed reclassifl es.itoh.
3.There is a commercial ar~ already reclassified about ~ mile to
the North.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT R~$OLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
HEREBy RECOMMENDS TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT RECLASSIFICATION
NO. F-$$-$6-34 B~ DBNIED.
