WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received a
Verified Petition from the property owner (s) of certain real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as
follows: Being on the West Side of Ninth Street, approximately 1337 feet (more
or less) South of CerriGos Avenue and consist-~ng of a 20 acre parcel, There is
a frontage on Ninth SGreet of 660 feet (more or lesS) and a depth of 1320 feet
(more or less). The applicant, ROY Wo SOLOMON, 219 West H~rdy Street, Inglewood,
Ca/tfornla, requesGs that the proper%-/ be reclassified from R-A, R~SIDSNTIAL-
AGRICULTURAL Go R-3, MULTIPL~ PAMILY R~SIDBNTIAL.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the City
Hall in the City of Anaheim upon said VERIFIED PETITION of RECLASSIFICATION NO.
F-$$-$6-_35_ .on the 21__sG day of M~_~, 19~6, NOTICE of which said
Public Hearing was duly given as required by law and the provisions of the
ANAHEIM ~r~NICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHF/{EAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself ~nd in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearings, does find and determine the following facts:
1. The property lies partially along Ghe S.P.R.R. Cracks.
2. There is an apparent need for rented property in Ch_is area, wh4ch
is near Disneyland.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT REggLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
