WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received a
Verified Petition fr~m the property owller (s) of certain real property situated
in the O. ity of Anaheim, Oottnty of Orange, State of California, described as
follows. A portion of the N~ of the N} of the ~} of the SW} of Section 12, T4S,
R/iN, S.B.B. & M. consisting of 609 feet of Frontage on Stanton Avenue and
332 feet frontage on Liucoln Avenue. It is further descrtt~d as the NB corner
