and reports offered at' said Hearing, does find and determ~e the followin~ facts:
1. The policy o'f the City of Anahe~ is to keep the area around Dtsneyland
1~ free from advertising signs.
2. If granted ~here would be unl~i~ed reqaests for similar permits.
