~tEREAS, The Oity Planning Commission of the City ofAnaheimhas received a
Verified Petition from the property owner (s) of certain real property situated
in the ~ity of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as
follows. I~t 25 of Tract No. 483. and further described as 1819Nest La p~lm- Avenue.
The applicant HAStY H. MADLEY, 1819 Nest L~P-~ma Avenue requests that the property
be reclassified from R-A, P. RSIP~NTLAL,.A~.I~ to 0=1, N~I(~{BORHOOD--COMMRRCIAL.
~EREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the City
Hall in the City of Anaheim upon said VERIFIED PETITION of RECLASSIFICATION NO.
F-~5-56-42 on the4th day of T~e . __ , 1956 , NOTICE of which said
Public Hearing was duly given as required by law and the provisions of the
ANAHEIM ~rdNICIPAL OODE, Section 9200; and
hrH?~EAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearings, does find and determine the following facts:
1. All of the properties to the Last on Nest La Palma Avenue to ~uclid
Avenue have a C-1 classification pending.
2. This will a/low the applican~ the same priviledges as others in the area.
3. The reclassification should not be detrimental to other properties in the area.
