No. 3029.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the City
Hall in the City of Anaheim upon said VERIFIED PETITION of RECLASSIFICATION NO.
F~$-$6-_~~_on the ~h day of ..~ , 19~., NOTICE of which said
Public Hearing was duly given as required by law and the provisions of the
ANAHEIM ~K~ICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHF~EAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearings, does find and determine the following facts:
1. With seven acres of the property to be used for a park site, the R-3 lots
will make a good transition zone between the single family restdentlal across
the street and the park.
2. The reclassificationwill not be detrimental to properties in the area.
NOW, THP~RF~ORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY P~ ANNING COMMISSION
HEREBy RECOMMENDS TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT RECLASSIFICATION
