1 WH~RMAS, The 'City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
Verified Petition from MICH~ML J. ROLL, 8142 Lincoln Avenue, Anaheim, California,
2 as Owner, WALTER C. WHITI~KER, 1621 West Lincoln Avenue, Anaheim, California, as
Authorized Agent, of a certain parcel of real property situated in the City.of
5 Anaheim~ County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
4 Five-hundred seventy (570) feet, more or less, from the centerline of
Stanton Avenue on the South side of Lincoln Avenue.
The applicant requests permission to'operate a Real ~state Office with
6 signs.
~ ~t~REAS~ The City Pianning Commission did hold a Public Hcaring at the City
Hall in the City of'Anaheim, on June 1S, 1956, NOTICES of which said Public
8 Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE~ Section 9200~ and'

WHEREAS, Said commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
10 made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
.reports of. feted at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:

1. These properties o'n Lincoln Avenue are gradually changing to highway
12 'commercial uses.
2. Other. variances for commercial uses have 'been allowed in this same area.
13 3. The granting.of the variance will not be detrimental to other properties
in the area.
