WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Arm_heim has received a
Verified Petition from the property owner (s) of certain real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of Californi_a, described as

ILION, S.B.B. & M. beginning at the S~ of the S~ of said Section Il, 'which corner

WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the City
~ Hall in the City of Anaheim upon said VERIFIED PETITION of RECLASSIFICATION NO.

· - Public Hearing was duly given as required by law and the provisions of the

WH~REAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearings, does find and determine the following facts:
1. There h~ been a Service Station on this property many years by a CounW
2. No changes or improvements can be made as long as the property ~s on a
Variance basis.
3. The rezoning will a~low improvements to be made.
NOW, THERF~ORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
NEREBY RECOMMENDS TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT RECH~SSIFICATION
