GRANTING VARIANCE NOS. 661, 6§~., 663 AND DENYING VARIANCe. NO. 664.
i W}~REAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
Verified Petitions ~m COUNTRY CLUB ESTATES, 144 South La Brea, Los Angeles,
2 California, as Owner, WRAY T. DEVIbrE SIGNS, 532 Valley Boulevard, Los Angeles,
California, as Authorized Agent of a certain parcel of real property situated
~ in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follo'
z[ 1. A "V" type sign at ~he Southeast corner of Euclid and Katella Avenues.
2. The .East side of Stanton Avenue, 650 feet North of Lincoln Avenue.
5 3. The West side of Euclid Avenue, approximately i100 feet South of
Orange Avenue.
6 4. The West side of Harbor Boulevard, approximately 1000 feet North of
Katella Avenue.

WH]~REAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearings at the City
9 Hail in the City of Anaheim, on November 19, 1956, NOTICES of which said Public
Hearings were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
10 MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and '
11 ~{EREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in lis behalf and after due consideration of all evidence
12 and reports offered in said Hearing, does find and determine f:he following facts
_~ 1. These are the first signs requested for Tracts No. 2~89, 2575 and 2576.
2. No permission can be given for Tract No. 2576 as it is not in the Cify
14 of Anaheim.
3. These tracts are all located East of 9th Street and directly Sou~h of
15 Katella Avenue.
4. Variances have been granted by the Commission for similar temporary sign.,
-q6 5. Variance No. 664 is in the Disneyland area where no signs are allo~ed.
