A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PI3%NNINGCOMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL Of THE CITY OF ANAHEIM T~T~IFIC~TIO~
NO. F-56-57-31 ~Ai~PROVED.
WHMREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the property owner(s) of certain real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of Ca/ifornia, described as follows:
Tract No. 3084, located Westerly from Haster Street a~d 1yin§ on the
North side of Katella Avenue.
The applicant, LEO ~MAN, 470 South Roxbury Drive, Beverly Hill's
California, requests that Lots 1, 2, 9, 10 and 11 of sa.id Tract be
reclassified from R-A, RESIDENTIA/z-AGRICULTURAZ to C-l, NEIGHBORHOOD-
COMMERCI~ and that lots 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 12, 13, 14 and 15 be reclassi-
fied from R-A to M-I, iIGHT MAI~UFACTURING.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim upon said VERIFIED PETITION of RECLASSIFICATION
NO. F-56-57-31 on the 17th day of December , 19 56 , NOTICE of which said
Public Hearing was duly siren as required by law and the provisions of the
ANAHEIM MUN/CIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WKEPJAS, Said Commission, after dae q~-~9ection,' in~estigati~ ~ studies
made by itself and in its b ..... , and after due consideration of all evidence
and reports offered at said Hearings, does find and determine the following facts:
1. This reclassification keeps the frontage along Katella Avenue in a
Commercial classification except for one lot next to the M-1.
2. Due to the depth of the property, it is pro~l,ma~.c~! ,~ether i~
could all be kept as C-1 and M-1 with d~ed restrictions could be
a good use of the land.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT TH~ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
HEREBY REC0~ENDS TO TH~ CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT RECLASSIFICATION
NO. F-56-57-3i sub3ect to the establishment n~d recordation of suitable deed
restrictions for the C-1 s_nd M-l t se of the landz BE APPROVED.
