WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the City

ing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM MUNICIPAl

made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
il": ~eports offered 'at said Hearing, does find and determine the 'following facts:
12 1. Th'ese directional .signs are temporary.
2. They are needed .to direct customers to the tract homes and lots for
~ sale.
~ 13 3. Other Variances have been granted for similar signs adver~sing the sale
14 of lots. and homes in tracts in' the .City of Anaheim.

HEREBY GRANTS VARFUNC~ NO. 595'SUBJECT'TO:
......... ,~ 1. Signs shall be a maximum size of 10 by 25 feet. ..
17 2. Signs will be permitted for a maximum period of 6 months or less.
. 3. A p,.rmit must be 'taken out with the Building Department.
i. 4. The name of the sign company must 'appear on every sign erected.
I 18 5. Signs must be I0 feet back of the right-of-way line of any street

19 6. At.the intersectio~ of the streets, the signs must be set back 25
20 7. All signs shall have a § foot ground ,clearance.
