WHeReAS, The City Planning Cosmission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the property owner(s) of certain real property situated

WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim upon said VERIFIED P~TITION of KECLASSIFICATION
NO. F- $6-$7-9 on the 4th day of ~eptember , 19 56, NOTICE of which said
Public Hearing was duly given as required by law and the provisions of the
ANAHEI~ RUNICIPALCODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of ~11 evidence
and reports offered at said Hearings, does find and determine the following facts:
1. The school and City have acquired ten (10) acres approximately of
T:act No. 2567 for schooI and p~rk sites.
2. The subdivider believes that the a~ve lots should be reclassified
