WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
Verified Petition from the property owner(s) of certain real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
Lots 1-~ in.lucite of Trot No. 2688, lo.ted on South ~lacentia Avenue
on th~ ]~ast s~de of the street 3ust South of B~st Santa An~ Street.
The applicant, HAHN CONSTRUCTION C~HPANY, 21~ South Hawthorne Boulevard,
Hawthorne, Cal/fornia, requests that these lots be reclassLfied from R-l,

WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim upon said VERIFIED PETITION of RECLASSLFICATION
NO. F-$.6-$?-10 on the 4th day of Sel~tember , 1956 , NOTICE of which said
Public nearing was duly given as required by law and the provisions of the
ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODB, Section 9200; and
WHMRF~S, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigaticm and ,'tudies
made by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence
and reports offered at said Hearings, does find and determine the following facts:
1. These lots a~e located on a busy thoroughfard ~.d directly South of a
Shopping center being developed.
2. There is an alley at the rear so that entrances to garages would not be
from Place~ti~ AFenue.
3. The appl~,cant vould only _Nlild one-stroy dwellings on these lots.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
