The South side of Lincoln Avenue, West of Euclid Avenue.
The applicant requests permission to erect a 10 by 9.5 foot temporsry
~ directional sign for the advertising of homes in Tract No. 2402.
8 WHBRRAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the City
{all in the City of Anaheim, on September 4, 1956, NOTICES of which said Public
9 ~earing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
4UNICIPAL CODR, Section 9200; and
10 WHERBAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
11 ~ade by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
.reports made at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:

17 1.. Signs shall be a maximum size of 10 by 25 'feet.
2. Signs will be permitted for a maximum period' of.5 months or less.
18 3. A permit must be taken out with the Building D~p'~itment.
4. The name of the si~n company must appear on every sign erected..
19 5. Signs must be 10 feet back of the right-of-way llne of any street
or highway.
~0 6. At the intersection of the streets, the signs must be set back 25
feet.
.9.1 7. All signs shall have a 6 foot §round clearance.
8. The fee per si~n shall be $25.00.
Z~ 9. Sisn Variances shall be permitted fo~ directional signs advertising
only tracts within the City limits of Anaheim.
