California, as O~er~ DAVID H. ~RSON, P. O. Box 1090, Long Beach, Caiifornia, as
5 Authorized Agent of a certain parcel of real proper~y situated in ~he Ci%y of
Anaheim, County of Orange, Sta~e of Californiz., described as follows:

The applican~ requests permission ~o erect a 10 by 25 foot outdoor
adve r~ising sign.
~S, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the City
8 Hall in the City of Anaheim, on September 4, 1956, NOTI~S of ~ich said Public
Hearing were duly given as required by law ~d the provisions of the ~AH~IM
9 ~ICIPAL ~D~, Section 9200~ and
10 ~P~S, Said Co~ission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due cfnsidera%ion of all evidence and
11 reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1~ 1. This type of sign was allowable in C-2, GE~L~CO~RCIAL Zones
un,il October 1955, when ~hey became allowable only
13 COM~RCIAL.
2. No C-3 exists in the city ~s none has ye? been rezoned, and probably
14 will not be, pending the revision of ~he Commercial zones of ~he
ordinance.
15 3, ~e granting of ~he Variance will no~ be detrimental to o~her uses in ~h~
....... [ 16 area.
