WHBI~AS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim upon said V~RIPIED PETITION of RECLASSIFICATION
NO. F-56-57-20 on the 1st day of October , 19 56, NOTICE of which said
Public Hearing was duly given as required by law and the provisions of the
ANAHEIM~IN/CIPALCODE. Section 9200; and
W~RF21S, Said Commission, after due insPection, investigation a~d s~dies
made by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence
and reports offered at said Hearings, does find and determine the following facts:
1. These Will be garden type apartments and ~he property will be kept
as one piece and not cut up into lots.
2. There will be only one entrance into the apartments, namely, from West
Vermont Avenue,
3. This appears to be the best use of the property, when consideration is
given to surrounding uses.
