WHeReAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the Cibf
12Hall in the'Cily of Anaheim, on October 15, 1956, NOTICES of which ·Public Hearing
were duly given as .required by law and the 'provisions of the ANA~IM ~flJNICIPAL

14 WH~RE~S, Said Commission, after due inspection~ inves.tigation and ·studies
made by itself .and in its behalf and after due considerntion of ail evidence and
"'15 reports offered at said Hearing,. does find and determine the following facts:
.......... 16 1. Tl{e present Parking-Landscaping zone will not permit the appl:[cant to
build the required size of building necessary for theirq~eration.
1~ 2.. There will still· be 23 feet available for landscaping.
3. This will agree~ essentially, with the landscaping setback at the corner
