11 Hall in the City of Anaheim, on November 5, 1956, MOTIC~S of which said Public
Hearing were duly given as required by law ~nd the provisions of the AN~IM
12 ~NICIPAL CODE~ Seciion 9200; and
1~ WI~R~AS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in ifs behalf and after due considergiion of all evidence
14 'nnd 'reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following f~cts:
15 1. Thc:p.roperty fronts on Brookhurst Street which is ~ 100 foot highway
and therefore no~ suitable for single family residential use.
16 2. Th~' prpp.~sed use will fall in %he ca%egory included in the proposed
~p%~.'$DMINIST~TIVH~PROP~SSIONAL Zone %~ch is m transitional zone
